As a result, you will see Landscape Syndicate's investment in your round as a single line on your cap table. FYI the name of the shareholder will be our infra provider, but the underlying beneficial ownership is accounted for through a UK bare trust.

It's also worth mentioning that you will not need to worry about stakeholder management with Syndicate members who have participated in your round via the SPV. All voting and statutory communication will be done with a dedicated representative of the Landscape Syndicate. In most cases this will be Bri.
